Add fresh: 500 g (17.6 oz) of lean goulash meat (pork, beef or mixed) and 100 g (3.5 oz) of onions Preparation:
1) Fry the meat cubes in portions in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Add peeled, sliced onion and fry for a few minutes.
