I have taken one tablet each of he last four nights, as the package instructs, and to date, It has not helped me to stay asleep, and I still manage only between 5 and 6 hours of broken sleep a night. I wish the instructions indicated whether it is appropriate/safe to increase the dose. I’ll research it, and If anyone reading this review can advise, I’d appreciate it.
